Wanneroo Joondalup Regional Broadcasting Association Incorporated is a volunteer based Board consisting of seven members.

Sue Myc owner/Operator small business for 20 years. (BP Service Stations, Muchea Roadhouse, Timber Imports) Also liaising Officer for Graylands Migrant Centre (Refugees assistance)
Vice Chair: Gary Duffield
Gary was born in the UK, raised in Nigeria and has now adopted Australia as his home, his musical taste is as diverse as his upbringing, although you’ll usually find him stuck in the 1980s. Gary brings a passion for community and helping people, and organisations, realise their potential. Married, one daughter, two rescued dogs, Gary spends what spare time he has running a Foodies Facebook page. His board goals include promoting inclusion and, whilst musically stuck in the 80, to leveraging his 30 plus years as a technologist, to help 89.7FM use all the resources at its disposal to prepare for the 2030s, promoting digital disruption, readying the wireless for the next 10 years.

Treasurer: Tony de Nobrega
Hon, Bcompt; MBA(UK); CA(ANZ); GAICD
With over 30 years of working experience in Australia and internationally, he was predominantly involved in manufacturing, the not-for-profit and auditing sectors. Tony brings extensive corporate services, strategic planning, risk management, financial management, tax and auditing to 897Fm. At present, he is the Director of finance at the Forest Products Commission; before this role, he was the Chief Financial Officer for various mints around the world and a financial consultant for age care.
Board Member: Grace Borello
Grace Borrello Communications Consultant also skilled in broadcasting, media relations, corporate communications , government relations and proposal writing, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International relations from UWA.
Board Member: Dr Laura Glitsos
Dr Laura Glitsos began her career in media and communications in the early 2000s with a focus on music journalism. During this time, she also worked as a professional vocalist and was honoured with two West Australian Music Awards (2001, 2002). Dr Glitsos also worked in radio production and presentation on the first English-speaking radio in Paris and was a founding organisational member. In the past decade, Dr Glitsos has lectured across the arts and humanities and, in 2019, published her first sole-authored book with esteemed scholarly publishers Palgrave MacMillan, titled Somatechnics and Popular Music in Digital Contexts. She has also published in the field of cultural studies, popular music, and new media technologies in highly ranked academic journals.
