Three colossal dragons are set to snake their way to the waters of Hillarys Boat Harbour in a jaw-dropping WA premiere for Joondalup Festival. Watch in awe as the spiny 15-metre beasts – donned by jet-ski propelled puppeteers – glide ethereally through the harbour, complete with an epic light and soundscape.

From the mind of Australian Designer and Puppet Maker, Elias Ppiros, Characters is an interactive puppet-based exhibition combining puppetry, new found technology and interactivity. Utilising the key senses of sight, sound, touch and movement, Characters invites children and their families to explore the world of puppetry and character building in a tactile self-paced environment.
