Young Musician of the Year Award

Presented by Perth Symphony Orchestra, the City of Joondalup’s Young Musician of the Year Award is an exciting and dynamic new contest, aimed at showcasing the exceptional talent of young musicians aged 14 to 25 from all across Western Australia (WA).

This competition aims to provide a platform for budding musicians to demonstrate their skills and passion across five distinct categories:

Brass, Percussion, Strings, Woodwind, and Piano.

The competition will culminate in a grand finale, where the winners from each category will compete for the coveted title of “City of Joondalup’s Young Musician of the Year.”
