89 7FM is your local radio station in the northern suburbs of Perth, proudly owned and operated by the local community.

We broadcast 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  Our radio coverage area takes in approximately 800,000 people, giving 89 7FM a unique presence on the Perth radio dial. We also stream live online as well as provide podcasts of all your favourite programs.

Our Mission

89 7FM will serve the local community within Perth’s northern suburbs and beyond by providing accurate, timely & entertaining broadcasts. This includes local news, current affairs & information that affect the residents within our broadcast areas.

We endeavour to broadcast music from local WA artists, unsigned & alternative Australian artists as well as products, services & events from community groups & volunteer organisations within our region.

89 7FM is a member of the Community Broadcasting Association and receives support from the Community Broadcasting Foundation.
