At 89 7FM we love to hear what you (the listener) think of the programs and content we air.

Our mission is to provide “Excellence through continuous improvement”.

If you have feelings on what needs improving, what’s not working, what is working, what you love or what you’d like to see more of, we would love to hear from you.

Community radio runs under strict codes of practice. Visit the CBAA website to view these codes.

If you have heard something on our station that you believe is a breach of the Community Radio Codes of Practice and wish to make a complaint with us, you can submit your complaint by filling in the contact form below.

The Board of 89 7FM takes all complaints seriously and will investigate any complaints made to the station and provide a reply to you with details of our investigations and the required action taken.

If you are not satisfied with our actions following your complaint, you may contact ACMA for further information.
