Changes are coming at 89 7FM as Gordon Allen shakes up our sports coverage.
From the 11th of March 2024, we’ll be saying goodbye to both ‘Rugby League Wrap’ and ‘Just Junior Sport’ and hello to ‘Sports Mix with Gordon Allen,’ your new Monday evening fixture from 6pm to 8pm.
Combining the best of both worlds, you’ll hear from Gordon all-year round, free from the constraints of the Rugby League season, ensuring your sports cravings are satisfied no matter what.
Tune in every Monday evening with Gordon Allen, and the Sports Mix team to hear all the latest Rugby League news, views, stories, previews and reviews of the local men’s and women’s competitions, hot goss about the NRL and all that’s happening in the English Super League.
Sports Mix will also focus on junior sport competitions for the 6 to 18 age range, offering local sporting clubs, groups and associations the opportunity to promote news and results.
Join us in welcoming “Sports Mix with Gordon Allen” to our lineup. It’s the same sports passion, just bigger and better.
