Gordon needs a new co-announcer or team of rotated announcers for his program Just Junior Sport 6pm on Friday Nights. Would you be interested or do you know anyone who might want to start up?
The program has a focus on junior sport and competitions for the 6 to 16/18 age range but the person to join could talk about their past experiences if they aren’t involved at present. The program provides exposure for junior sports clubs, and to promote sport as a healthy and enjoyable avenue for young people to spend their time. His target audience is parents as well as the children themselves.
Not sure if you can make the commitment? Gordon is happy for anyone to come in as a guest to feel it out before committing. Announcing remotely is an option if you’re pressed for time, but he would prefer someone who can come in to present in person, at least on some regular basis.
