The Bend Photo Competition and Workshop

The Bend in the Road community group is located in Doubleview and Scarborough, which consists of local residents and business owners passionate about activities and aesthetics along a stretch of Scarborough Beach Road (known as ‘The Bend in The Road’ or ‘The Bend’). Celebrate this beautiful part of Stirling by capturing it via photography and submitting it for the Bend Photo Competition.

Photos could feature local people, culture, places or a view from the bend. Show us what Summer on the bend means to you. Up to three photos can be submitted. The competition is now open and will close Feb 29. You can be in the running for a cash prize up to $500.

If you want to enter and would love a bit of guidance, attend a free photography workshop that will be held by Award Winning photographers Janet Craig and Tony Hewitt. This workshop will take place on the 18th of February 2024 at the Scarborough Community Hub.
